1. When and how you began to play music? Who or what made you to like metal? First album you bought and first metal gig you visited?
When Iwas 13 my brother tried to teach me to play guitar (he finished music school in classic guitar class), but it was too hard for me. Then he told me that he needs a drummer in his band and I joked that i can try. And he thought I was serious. So I started to leran playing drums. Then I learnt to play guitar. It was my brother who educated me in metal and rock music, I started with a Sektor Gaza punk-rock band. Then it was Metallica - my first metal band. My love to metal started with the song "Sad But True". And after that I bought my first Metallica album - Black Album. My first metal gig was a gig of Russian heavy metal band "Kipelov".

2. Bands you play/played with (except Svartby)?
I also play in folk-metal band Der Galgen now. Played in sympho-black metal band Nox Doloris.

3. What instrument do you have now? Why this choice? What is your most desired instrument?
Double bass pedal - GIBRALTAR 6611DB. Price=quality. Many tunings, easy to use - a perfect cardan. Cymbals - Zildjian ZXT Rock Set.
I would like to change my snare drum. Now I have Sonor 2005, want to have TAMA Snare from Warlock series.

Guitars (acoustic, electric and bass)

Metallica, Amon Amarth, Motley Crue, Skid Row, Cinderella, Rage, Offspring, Twisted Sister

Lars Ulrich, George Kollias, James Hetfield, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil, Sebastian Bierk (Bach)

7. Which band would you like to share a stage with?
Any gig with Motley Crue

8. Favorite food and beverage
Sushi rolls and all the Japanese cuisine, fastfood is good sometimes.Scottish Collie, Olmeca, Jack Daniels, and beer of course.

9. Hobbies and passions
WoW, going to countyside.

10. Which country would you like to visit? Do you have a country of your dreams?
Holland!!! I have a great desire to go there!

Life is a pretty good thing, it's given to you once, so take everything from it!!
